The Cost of Becoming a Christian in the First Century

Pastor Tim Keller talks about what Christians faced in the first century. Why did so many people become Christians in the face of ridicule and even persecution? It was because Christians was so different and exclusive from anything else. The beliefs and actions of the early church upset the social order of the Roman Empire. And yet these were also the things that drew people to Christ.
